The "Long Service Gratuity" is neither a pension nor a mere aid fund; it is a powerful expression of gratitude from our community to the dedicated educators of Independent Chinese Secondary Schools who have devoted many years to their craft. With the "Long-term Service Gratitude Fund for Independent Chinese School Teachers and Staff 1.0," we will directly support over 1,000 faculty and staff members, issuing an annual gratitude fund of RM 6 million, culminating in RM 60 million distributed over ten consecutive years (2024-2033).

This initiative serves to galvanize the Chinese community’s recognition of the vital and long-term contributions made by teachers and staff at Chinese Independent Secondary Schools. We are cultivating a strong sense of gratitude among students, alumni, parents, and community members, inspiring them to actively contribute to the enduring legacy of independent middle school education.
